Terrible product, not as advertised

This supposedly multifunctional touchscreen is not a touchscreen a priori! It arrived disassembled from the company and after I put it back together 2 days later the circuit board blew! The Best Buy Geek Squad looked at it and, after fitting a new circuit board into what was left, said it was on fire too bad and had too many parts to save. I asked them how much they would give me for it in exchange for a new one, their answer was $0.00 because the system was so old and there was no touch screen. Not to mention what it has done to my house and my desktop! What a robbery. Stay away!
