The customer service is excellent, I have no complaints really! They are very helpful in any way possible. If you want to reach out for help then they will be more than happy to assist you with your problem/s. Sometimes it's hard to know what exactly to ask them but their knowledge base and FAQ section helps me figure things out myself without having to call or speak directly to someone about my questions. The interface could use some TLC as well. I'm not sure if that was part of this update or just an issue when we first started using serpBook however, there were times where it took us several days simply to get our data from one day to another which isn't optimal considering how much time we spend working with results. Keep up the good work guys! We've been able to increase traffic & sales by over 300% since implementing SerpBook.
