Bulletproof seems to care about its reputation

I originally gave them 1 star because I've bought them before and loved them, but the last batch tasted gross. About a week after the review was posted I received a package from Bulletproof with a letter explaining that they had indeed produced a batch that was not up to their usual standards. Got a new box of candy bars AND a pound of Bulletproof coffee to make up for a manufacturing defect. Kudos to Bulletproof for reaching out to their customers and getting it right!
