I like how easy it was for me as an agent without any computer experience at all! It's very intuitive which made training quick & painless. The support team are always there when needed even after hours (which can be quite late in some cases). Sometimes things don't work right or aren't working fast enough so we have had issues getting our reports back quickly but this has been resolved since they implemented new features within their system recently. We used grey cat because most people who visit my office were not tech savy and didn't want to use computers etc. They liked having everything done via phone calls rather than using laptops/computers etc.
