Do not connect to constant power
I bought three of these for several of my cars because I was tired of plugging the Sirius radio into the cigarette lighter. However, if you plug it into a constant power source in a car, it will drain the battery in a week or less. Blown fuses too. It must be connected to a switched power supply (i.e. energized with the ignition on).
