Review on πŸ”§ STICKON-01 - Stainless Steel Gua Sha Scraping Massage Tool: Effective Soft Tissue Mobilization Tool by STICKON IASTM Tools by Jennifer Tillman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

An inexpensive alternative to what your physical therapist is likely to use.

I had a herniated disc in my neck and lumps in my back. In the worst case, the intervertebral disc had to be treated with physiotherapy. Fixing the knots in my back made it much easier to get over the disc. I was very relieved that my therapists used an instrument of the same shape but much wider and heavier. the widest with a rounded edge of 1 mm or about 1/32 inch and weighing about 166 g or 6 ounces. Therapist's instrument was approximately 12mm wide with a 4mm rounded edge. I suspect the therapist's instrument weighed about 580g or 21 ounces. My wife lacks the strength to apply the same force as my therapist, the smaller cross section increases the pressure overall but in a much more limited space. The grip is relatively comfortable, the edges of the inner holes are chipped, but I would have liked a more rounded inside of the grip. my hands are not big Big hands can be a bit tight. If you focus on cleaning, it works, and different contours are useful for working in different areas. If you're trying to untie knots this is a much cheaper alternative and works well for the price.
