This is the best product when you break some plastic and when you are trying to assemble the missing parts. This is a plastic welding machine. It uses the same technology your dentist uses to fill your teeth. I've used it to successfully repair key fobs, cell phone cases, car body parts, cable jackets, etc. It works best when the parts are clean and it can fill in missing gaps, so I always prep parts leaving a small gap. and then glue the parts together. Most successful repairs are done in layers rather than all at once. Heal each layer as you go. It only takes 4-6 seconds of UV exposure to fully cure the layer. I've also found that sometimes by using some sort of reinforcement (like a thin wire frame) you can create large gaps in the missing materials. It can then be sanded down to complete the fit.
