Too bad they double check the items they ship.
When we received the package, it looked normal. Everything seemed to fit. My husband then installed it in the tailgate. As soon as he started lowering the gate, the entire tailgate window exploded. Glass is everywhere. One side turned out to be too long and when it came down it hit the entire back door trying to open the window. The next morning he drove the van to Henderson Glass. You did a wonderful job with it. Cleaned and replaced the rear window and also serviced the hydraulic part that didn't fit. When he picked it up he couldn't believe how good everything was.
