Rack mounts upside down

I'm not the first to have this problem, but I'm the first to clearly get upset about it. The actual L-brackets used to attach the extension to the front were misaligned. If you don't have a set of Torx screws, you may end up with a device that is not suitable for rack mounting. If QA is so bad they can't align racks, then why trust your server hardware? 0/10 Spend $15 more and get the correct block.
