Inaccurate description but working product

The description appears to be from an older product. Two bugs: - The title contains the words "Surge Protection" but the power strip has no surge protection components. - The marked points indicate a "closed" ON/OFF switch. It's not covered. Works flawlessly and reasonable design.

Rack mounts upside down

I'm not the first to have this problem, but I'm the first to clearly get upset about it. The actual L-brackets used to attach the extension to the front were misaligned. If you don't have a set of Torx screws, you may end up with a device that is not suitable for rack mounting. If QA is so bad they can't align racks, then why trust your server hardware? 0/10 Spend $15 more and get the correct block.

Works well -- two bad design issues undermine the credibility of the product

The assembly of this rack mount surge protector looks great from the outside. - but it has good mounting nuts and bolts to attach it to my equipment rack. It provides power and has a switch. All the basic functions I need work perfectly. Two annoyances that I consider to be very obvious design flaws or just poor quality control at the factory: 1. So many front end caps for your Rockmount!

I like the design. Try to find a front rack mount with that many ports. This will be a nice addition to my small mobile device of two. The construction looks very strong and light. All sockets checked, everything works.
