Poor quality control

Totally unsatisfied. They made my truck shake. Stripped and smooth as silk again. Here's why: These spacers require ET style jam nuts. Especially with Toyota, which is designed for ET nuts, the studs are shorter. I can't use Toyota nuts as they are too long (was obvious before installing) so I ordered regular ET nuts. Quick visual check: everything looked good for assembly. Pulled up nicely and everything seems perfect. Loctite and a torque wrench were used. Until that happened, I started to feel a strange shaking on the track on the second day. Brand new 2021 Tacoma. Then the truck just didn't feel right to drive. Removed spacers and the jerking was gone, ran perfectly again. So I'm starting to take a closer look at spacers and nuts. ONLY 1 GASKET WAS THICK ENOUGH THAT THE PILLAR NUTS WOULD NOT HIT ON THE HUB. The other 3 spacers will not tighten properly onto the hub due to the lug nuts protruding through the holes in the spacers. See attached picture. The ring nuts should not be flush with or outside of the spacer, they should be recessed at least a few mm or so when tightening puts pressure on the spacer to hold it against the hub. Having sent this back we will investigate further to see which brand properly designed them for use in Toyota.
