They hold up well and hold a lot of weight.

This is amazing I have a large painting about 15 pounds hanging from a very high ceiling and I only need 2. I'm worried about how to remove them can without damaging the ceiling. I mean they really stick. I strapped a 30lb weight onto one of them and it held up great. Highly recommend going to them where you put them.
