I was very happy with this purchase and then a month later it fell apart. The wobbly part works, but it wobbles too much so the fake metal screws came loose from the seat. The screw areas have been cleaned and the problem may be in the box. Bad technique. There is nothing to catch wrong cogs. So over time it wears out and can no longer hold the screws. In this case, the upper part of the chair seat is not secured. The bottom half of the chair is fine. Pillow included. If there were a better way to better secure the top of the cushion, this would be a really decent stool. The comfort level was decent overall and the wheels worked well. I can't believe the pillow was attached to the bottom half so cheaply.
