Review on KeylessOption Keyless Entry Remote Uncut Interior Accessories by Eric Currie

This article has several useful parts.

This item has a blank key which is unusable, you cannot cut it and make it work. it is a wrong blank or a failed attempt to copy the shape and grooves of the original. The body is usable but gets tricky as the flip key is not interchangeable with the original cut out flip key. I only needed the case and the rubber pad for the keyboard, I had the original key cut out. I tried swapping it out and it didn't fit the new housing and didn't work properly or slip out when needed, but you can remove the cut key from the flip end of the swivel key assembly and insert it into the new flip end assembly. . To make matters worse, the old key blank won't fit the new hinge end assembly, so you'll have to file the end to fit the groove on the hinge and file a groove that lines up with the tiny roll pin to keep it secure to keep in place. , or to make it easier you can weld it in place (not so sure). This worked for me and I'd love to do it again, but you really have to fiddle with it to make it work like the original. this saves a lot of money, but only if you only need the case itself and the chiclet keyboard. Trust me it's hard but very doable if you have some skills
