Good materials, easy to use, well made. The stitching and zippers appear to be of good quality. The rich blue color looks spectacular against the background of my black cat's fur. The reason I didn't rate this item higher is because it fits my 11 lb cat. The connecting strap between the chest and neck loop is a bit short. This means I have to keep the neck strap very loose so the chest strap is tight enough that my cat can't pull it out. When I tighten the neck strap to the recommended height (two fingers fit under the loop), she cannot lower her head comfortably. An extra 1/2 inch or so on the connecting strap would have been much better. Remember that your cat needs proper training to accept any harness and leash.
