Overall nice cap, manufacturer's logo inconspicuous, thread cut well enough. Slightly smaller so they screw in easily without binding, but not so small that you can literally take the hood off after screwing it on. And the cap that fits on the end of the hood is better than most. I have a (probably bad) habit of storing lenses on end: base down, cap up. Recently, there has been a trend in lens caps to include a "holder" with an elastic band that fits over the lens and ties the lens to the cap with a string. I throw these caps away. Most of these caps "lick": a hole is drilled in the lid for the tether to pass through, and this hole connects the outside world to the inside of the cap. that mistake, and Shioti did it. They use an ingenious double grommet, allowing holes to go through the outer grommet and the inner grommet providing a dust-tight seal. I've only seen this on another brand of baseball cap ("Mudder", also available from Revain). Keep it up Schioti.
