You get what you pay for. There were no instructions, so you'll have to find out for yourself. Sometimes they mate, sometimes not. If they work then they are ok and the charger is helping. I've used them for a long time with no problems. Sometimes one ear works and the other doesn't. They're very sensitive to touch and easily come off when you try to adjust their position in your ear, which is annoying. So you get what you pay for.
