EDIT: customer service was very good. They kindly ask me to delete or update this comment and it feels dishonest to delete but they quickly apologized and offered me a refund and refunded me the next day. They are quick to respond!Not only did this case not come to me a beautiful cyan blue as pictured but a nasty seafoam blue-green, but this is the first time I have EVER cracked an electrical device from game consoles, to iPods, to phones. I have had this phone for 5 years and I dropped it on my bathroom floor and it cracked. The case did nothing.
