Very quiet and turns so evenly.

Bought for my 75 lb punching bag. That works great! Hung it on a beam. I used the screws that came with it. Even the drill came! My water bag spins very gently when I hit it. I didn't hear any noise when spinning. I, at 170 pounds, even hung onto the bag and swayed on it for a while. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it. It's made for swings but great for bags.
