One of the zips opened (firmware) replaced on 11/30/17

Received today on Saturday 11/22 Unpacked when unpacked the far right part of the zip connected to the base did not finish, see pics, the zip is stuck up/down , the rest looks ok and can be used, but for the price I expected better quality. Update: Support left a message on November 28th. and it arrived yesterday, i am attaching photos of the zipper area, it has no problem and the stitches have no problem, the support has been excellent and they have solved the problem.
