Here are some tips based on my 2 experiences with this product: When you are ready to do this treatment, make sure you have a pair of socks ready to put on your foot as soon as you take off your boot put on. Make sure you are comfortable and can let it work throughout the treatment and of course that your feet are clean. Haven't tried soaking my feet before but it might be worth a try. You will definitely want to soak your feet for a few days after the procedure. I had the biggest chunks in my shower, and I think that helps me keep going. Do not peel or peel off the skin. If you have skin that seems ready, try massaging your foot or that area lightly. If you can't lose, don't. I can tell you, it really hurts when you rip off skin that's not ready. Even if it's a bit rough, it's quite nice to get rid of all the dead skin. My feet looked better and the softness and freshness lasted for a decent amount of time. And one more thing - expect it will take around 3 days to start peeling and at least a week for the whole process. You don't do that 5 days before you go to the beach. Nobody wants to see this mess, so plan ahead.
