I'm currently under sun advisement by the dermatologist, so this hat goes with me everywhere since I purchased over a year ago! It was my first UPF fabric purchase, so I wasn't sure how good it would work. I wanted to wait to rate the product. I can truthfully say that this hat has worked wonders and allowed me to be out in the sun more. Only challenge is that since the hat is fully rounded, it can be difficult to see completely to the left and right when wearing it. I bought an extra one for my mother.
