I bought this phone and headset but immediately after purchase the headset was unusable. Just loud hissing and crackling. I messaged the seller asking if I should return everything or just the headset. I was told not to worry and not to send anything back. That will be taken care of. My replacement headset arrived today (3 days after original order) and works great. Thank you for the great service. The headset is a little big, seems to be everything to me, but it works and I can hear my callers loud and clear.
