Review on TheBugTrack for G Suite by Francisco Russell

I like that it is easy to use, I can see all my bugs in one place and assign them quickly. It doesn't have many customization options but it does what it needs to do very well. You can't view bugs after they are submitted so you must be constantly checking your dashboard to make sure you don't miss any updates. This makes managing multiple projects difficult. We were using an older version of bugtrack which was much more customizable and had a lot more views. With the new version we lose a lot of functionality. It's better to just upgrade to a newer product instead of trying to stick with an old buggy product. If you want a good bug/issue management system, this is a solid choice. We are solving the problem of having too many different tools and making them easier to use by consolidating our tool set.
