It's a cool idea in Computers & Accessories

I have to say it's a brilliant idea to have a fan that you can hang around your neck. Perfect for people who need to mow their garden or do any gardening work on a hot day. I personally don't care about noise. My lawnmower is much louder. But I think it's pretty quiet, only 46dB. The noise in my room is around 40dB with no action (was a rainy day). I think it's worth it.
