Where do I start, what do I like about these chopping boards? First, they stay in place thanks to the rubberized edges. They are double sided with a groove for juice on one side and even on the other side. They lie perfectly flat no matter which side you use them on. They hold up very well to my razor sharp knives (which is really impressive since those knives ripped my other cutting boards apart). And finally, they look really pretty, which is important because I keep my cutting boards on the counter. I looked at various board options before deciding on this one and am very happy with my choice.
