The foil cutter is great but hides INSIDE the roll, the foil works well but not worth the money

Overall I'm very happy with this 100% compostable Mostima cling film. - Got 323 square feet of cling film in a pretty standard box. Note that the slide cutter is INSIDE the cling film roll. I literally didn't know at first and was confused. I figured I should try ripping off the pieces with the sawtooth edge of the cardboard which was a nasty disaster - the slide cutter works great (once I found it of course). You just need to stick it on the side of the box. To be honest I prefer this A LOT over the standard metal teeth on many others I'm used to - I find them strong enough and stick to surfaces well. Yes it will stick to itself if given the chance but honestly I haven't had any issues with the product since I found the foil cutter. I think this product is on par with other cling film brands I have used. Obviously, the appeal of this product lies in the fact that it claims to be made from natural plant materials and is 100% compostable, which is nice. I personally don't like the packaging. Maybe mine was defective, damaged in transit, or maybe I was too rough with it and tried to cut the packaging with cardboard edges before finding the slide cutter. However, the box fell apart and I had to tape it back together to be able to use it properly - the title says the product is microwaveable, although I've never tried it with any cling film. I'm not entirely sure why anyone would want to try this, but obviously you can. Aside from my issues with the box and not understanding where the foil cutter was located, I had no issues with this product. The only other comment I can make is that the current price of $27.99 seems pretty wild to me. I just don't like the value at all. Here at Revain there are many other options that are less expensive, some of which are even compostable. Also, I definitely recommend this product. I hope my review was helpful in some way and if so I'd like to know - thanks!
