Complete nonsense. It weighs about 4 ounces, sheds black suede like a bad case of dandruff, and half the tails are ready to detach and start doing as soon as you take it out of the box. It's made in India, most likely for tourists, and can cost a few dollars a piece. It can't be returned which is a bummer as it comes in a sealed plastic bag and as you want to return it as soon as you open the envelope it was sent in it should be possible if the package is. Not open. The same seller has many different whips for the same price, I would advise against buying them as the quality will be just as bad or even worse.
