Lifetime guarantee?

I ordered the kit in 2016 mainly because of the lifetime warranty. Well a coil went off with a misfire code and I asked for a coil replacement. Good for $9 and if I ever get it. (As of 10/04/2018, it takes 7 days and there are no updates). Update from 06/2019 another failed. Buyer Warning.
