I made the purchase decision for this pillow mainly based on customer reviews. I've never really slept well, but it's gotten worse and worse over the past few months. None of the pillows were comfortable enough and I've had a few good ones, but I woke up many times during the night, usually with a sore neck and just plain uncomfortable. So I started looking for cooling pads. As an older woman, hot flashes never go away. The chilling claims are what attracted me the most to her! I love this pillow! The best I've ever had. I usually toss and turn all night, no more! This is absolutely life changing! Fabric and filling or a combination is perfect, it works! It also withstands washing and dyeing in the cold at low heat. It is soft yet holds its shape and keeps its shape. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I like it more every day! I'm sure I'll take a lot with me! The price is absolutely justified!
