Can't rate the tech support as I never needed it. This is the first set of cameras that the terrorists on the north side of my property have not been able to destroy with an off-the-shelf laser lighting system and about 15 empty skulls that they control. They were able to crack it, but it was my rookie mistake because I had the password that the Spectrum employee could figure out and give them. I fixed it and it's fun to watch them go through everything and everyone on it. I try to protect him whenever possible. I have 40 cameras and none of them are cheap and this is my favorite set and hated by terrorists the most. I think they put over 1000 hours of work into a Perticluar camera and she still puts it up daily, saving me more time than I care to remember. Yes, it's all true, and it sucks that some of us need cameras every day. I would never get a set that someone can control for you. You may find that it is not in your best interest to do so.
