Material is good but no instructions or instructions for use

We bought this for a bike my husband owns but rarely uses. We don't have a garage or shed but we need it outside the house. We received this and there were no instructions or directions on how to properly cover the bike with it. It took me at least 45 minutes to find a working video. Finally, we attach a cover to ensure it protects the bike from the elements. It seems to be a good cover, we won't know more until winter.
