Review on Vibrant & Versatile: Introducing New brothread 12 Bright Colors Mercerized Cotton Threads for Quilting, Sewing & Embroidery by Kelly Caballes

These threads are great for quilting but I wanted to try them for embroidery. I've used their plain cotton thread successfully when I wanted a less shiny look. I tried it on a simple design from my machine. This wasn't the best design choice for thread testing. I think this looks and works best on large filled drawings. It brings out the colors - the variegated yarn gives the design a watercolor look. It doesn't bother my Janome machine at all. Slow down and clean up everything well after the project. I had very little lint on the bobbin or thread path. Nice color choice. Price and quality are top as always. I also do fabric collages and I think these threads will add texture and interest.
