Not TERRIBLE to install but a bit more complicated than a regular watch strap. I almost wanted someone to help me, so I would have four hands, but the details are too small for that. I was able to secure it by losing just 1 of the tiny pins (they give you a few extra) that connect each link to the next. As soon as I put it on my wrist, it immediately fell apart. It happens to be ok as I still had to remove the link to get the correct size. Just make sure you wear it at home for an hour or two before going anywhere. So if you have the same experience, you'll have a pretty good idea of where you dropped it. 5 stars for easy to take off means it's easy to take the watch off my wrist. Removing the strap is easy too, but not 5 stars.
