I bought this for my mom for her leg swelling and cramps. It was a godsend for her pain relief. It's easy to set up and use - no complex or confusing icons. The extra knee warmer is nice and I'm sure my mom would have liked it to be warmer. Until now, even my father could put it on my mother's feet with limited use of his hands. The velcro is quite strong and we hope it won't wear down after some use. The remote cable is a good length, has a backlight and, as mentioned above, is very comfortable to use. I think it's a great product for the price, not the kind you would find in a hospital setting, but for home use it did a great job of relieving pain. I only wish I had found it much sooner!
