Cheaper than a new pump and it works!
Seems to be working great, no leaks after a few weeks. After I disassembled the pump, it turned out that the seal was completely destroyed. It took less than an hour to recover and so far so good! The inner gasket was important, I could see where it was leaking through the old gasket. Just swapping the external one doesn't help.
