The tiny pin in the plastic buckle came out and was lost on the FIRST use!
I was very impressed with the quality of the product until I returned to the lodge to find that the pivot pin in one of the plastic clips had fallen out and the buckle had been damaged. The pin is tiny and cannot be found. I got my money back immediately. It's a shame because they're good and the buckles are otherwise effective, if a bit large. They can get pinned to the back of the chairlift if buckled in the wrong place.
