Not a bad choice if you don't want to receive any of the items shown in the product photo. Unfortunately, my heart was tied to sweets that I could see well and couldn't find anywhere else. I also didn't get any sweet Christmas tree cookies or anything that looked like frozen animal cookies. Got a pretty good mix, not too many of the same parts (although it's a little annoying that I got two left wings instead of a pair). I understand this is some sort of collect bag situation and it is cheaper to buy this way than piece by piece so I can't put all the blame on the product but the picture can be a bit misleading if that's what you're expecting to get, what is shown . Overall I'd recommend if you're comfortable with a little mystery in your life and just want to play around with a fun mix of pieces. But if you're looking for something specific, I recommend looking elsewhere.
