I've used different stands for both my tablet and laptop, but none have worked for me. This stand is amazing. It's definitely 5 stars. Even the box is great. Such amazing packaging work with cut outs for all parts so everything is well protected. I work in manufacturing and our product managers never want to think about the box. The base is die-cast metal (maybe aluminum?) and it comes together pretty well. This is not powder coating, but paint. The wheels are already mounted. Hooray! They give you the tools for everything, but installation really only requires a couple of hex screws. The stand reaches a height of just over 5 feet. This is high enough for most people. A little tipsy at this altitude if you want to roll fast. The wheels are amazing, on ball bearings, with locks and hinges, but the physics are top notch. I like clips for tablets and laptops. They are designed to work for a variety of things. I actually mostly use the laptop part for a Samsung 12" tablet and put my phone on the other side. I've never heard of upgo but this stand proves to me they do serious stuff.
