Review on Sylvania Player Upconvert Digital Display by Richard Cartner

This item was delivered on 12th January 2017. I unpacked it from the Amazon box and left it in the factory packaging. Both boxes arrived in good condition. I didn't try to use a DVD player because I also needed a TV and haven't bought one yet. Today is March 27th and I still don't have a TV but we hooked it up to the TV in the living room because we just bought a new movie. Disc was not loaded. Not just the new film we bought, but each of the 10 we tried. It would say it loaded for a few minutes and then it would say there is no disk. I am extremely disappointed. The remote control was small, but the button to open and close the drawer worked well. That and the fact that the product arrived on time are the only good things I have to say. Because I waited so long to open and connect I missed the return time so I have a few more months to save. again. for a new one from somewhere else. I thought I edited it but apparently I didn't. A year after the purchase I still haven't replaced it. I wanted to throw it away but my husband took it and opened it. It seems the connection was lost or never made. He connected it. Got it back and now it works. As expected. Sorry for the delay in processing.
