Recent events have left me with a sour taste in my mouth regarding MineSign's online business. Their customer service left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have a large assortment of kitchen necessities to choose from. After placing an order, I was curious about the shipping options available, but despite my numerous attempts, I was unable to get in touch with their customer support department. When I did eventually get in touch with someone, they were unhelpful and didn't seem interested in resolving the issues I had been having. To make matters even worse, when my purchase finally arrived, one of the items I had ordered was missing. In spite of the fact that I made numerous endeavors to get in touch with them, I never heard back from them. MineSign's lackluster customer service left me feeling incredibly let down, and as a result, I won't be returning to that retailer in the foreseeable future for any of my shopping needs.
