As my title indicates, it works great when it works. Unfortunately I have run into frequent suction issues due to the cone shape. When the breast is not as full, it will not get much suction at all. In this situation it takes leaning forward and much finagling to get proper suction. On some occasions I do not realize that it’s not fully sealed and experience leaking. Thought maybe the size was too big, so I purchased the next size down which was too small. Clearly has to do with shape of the flange. This may just a probably for smaller breasts, but I’m not sure.
