As my title indicates, it works great when it works. Unfortunately I have run into frequent suction issues due to the cone shape. When the breast is not as full, it will not get much suction at all. In this situation it takes leaning forward and much finagling to get proper suction. On some occasions I do not realize that it’s not fully sealed and experience leaking. They work if you’re not terribly engorged. However if you have round shaped breasts or are particularly heavy busted, pass on these and get the little inserts instead that you can plug into your 24mm funnels. My Medela 24mm flanges that I got with my pump contour so much better to my body, the tunnels are just too big. While these flanges have a good size tunnel, it doesn’t seal easily with my particular shape/size bust. So get the best of both worlds, and get the right size tunnel inserts with

I gave it only two stars because it was a great idea however I did not get any suction from it I don’t know if it’s because it was too brown and did not allow for my nipple to be suction to produce the milk.

Product meets the exact description and works as intended. I have no complaints and it was much easier then driving to the store for them

Perfect for elastic nipples! This flange is so much longer than the medela ones! My nipples no longer touch the end of the valve. No issues with gaps. Now if they could all the silicone at the rim of it that would make it amazing!

It’s amazing how much of a difference a few mm make ! These fit my medela pump In style advanced perfectly and have helped so much with pumping . I’ve noticed that I’m expressing more milk and it doesn’t hurt to pump anymore ! . luckily I didn’t have any issues with a sharp piece of plastic on the inside of either of my shields like some other reviews had said

As others have said the bowl portion doesn't provide great suction for those with larger breasts. The tunnel is really long as well making it harder to collect milk, you almost have to stand up to pump with these flanges. They are also painful to use and collect less milk. Going to return if I can.

I guess the sizes are different for different brands… I am sure this would be a comfortable fit and product for many, just not myself… I didn’t get any use out of it but that doesn’t mean you won’t! It fits perfect into my machine but it doesn’t pump the same as my other flanges. I don’t know, it could be a me issue so I won’t knock the product. Would still recommend giving it a try.

I bought the 17mm flange, which is supposed to be my accurate size, and was very disappointed in how small the flange was overall. I attached a photo of it compared to my 21mm medela flex shield to show the difference. It’s circular, rigid, and small. barely hangs on during pumping. Going to buy the inserts instead and hopefully that’s a better design.

Have been needing size 19mm flanges for my pump and these are perfect! Long also to help with my elastic nipples! That's my feedback!

While these are a great value and I would recommend them to others, the two sizes I tried didn't end up helping my pumping journey. They are longer than Medela brand flanges which is great if you have elastic tissue. I normally pump with 21s and though maybe I could decrease my hour long pump time by trying 19s or 17s but unfortunately it didn't decrease the time for me. They washed up well in the dishwasher and also seem very good quality though.

I was hoping the crater shape would fit my beeast shape and that it would cover more area. It did not and the shaped caused for discomfort than previous flange I was using.

Works great. Fits Medela Pump in Style. Nice that this is a smaller option because Medela breast shields are too big. Not sure why Medela doesn’t make shields this size despite all the customer complaints about how their breast shields size options are either too big or too small. It’s nice that this company makes breast shields in a variety of sizes that fits Medela pumps.

Although I needed a smaller diameter shield, I wish the actual shield itself was a larger cup around my areola. This would be better for a smaller nipple and also a smaller areola.

I’ve had milk backflow into tubing twice in the week I’ve has these. You must sit up straight no slouch or leaning back. I realized that the hole for the tubing is at the bottom, not the top, soVery easy for milk to backflow into it. Pay attention as you pump!

I like how I can use the flanges with the madela pump on style. I also appreciate that it has measurements less than 21mm. However had to return because it wasn't my size but I'm planning on ordering the correct size.

I've been struggling with pain and low efficiency on the breast pump with a 24mm flange. I measured and the 19mm is a much better fit for me. I find that the pumping is MUCH more productive, so I have to pump for less time which is less painful. The shape of the flange could be more oval than circle to fit the breast better, but it seems to be working anyway.

These are not easy to clean, inside the tunnel there is another ring/ridge, I don’t know how to describe it, but once it gets milk on it it’s bard to clean, you need a small brush to get into it.They are just average flanges, I prefer Nenesuply, those don’t have said ridge/ring

Little circle. Giant boob. If the outer part was wider, I think this would have worked better. I have to mash this onto my boob to get it to work. I like the oval shape of the Medela flanges much better.
