Better fit: my feedback

I've been struggling with pain and low efficiency on the breast pump with a 24mm flange. I measured and the 19mm is a much better fit for me. I find that the pumping is MUCH more productive, so I have to pump for less time which is less painful. The shape of the flange could be more oval than circle to fit the breast better, but it seems to be working anyway.
