They work if you’re not terribly engorged. However if you have round shaped breasts or are particularly heavy busted, pass on these and get the little inserts instead that you can plug into your 24mm funnels. My Medela 24mm flanges that I got with my pump contour so much better to my body, the tunnels are just too big. While these flanges have a good size tunnel, it doesn’t seal easily with my particular shape/size bust. So get the best of both worlds, and get the right size tunnel inserts with the more comfortable flange. And if you don’t have elastic nipples, you won’t miss the length of the tunnel.
