They work great with medela PISA but you cannot get a normal size bottle brush through the tunnel easy, so be weary of that. Make sure if you use the dishwasher that they don’t fall from your top rack and melt

Fits my Medela pump and the suction is not affected. I feel like I’m getting more out now using the correct size. Very inexpensive and makes a big difference!

This product need some adjustments. Some little things like the edge from the dome of the flange going into the tube is a sharper angle instead of a gradual curve. Because of this, is pulls in the nipple and none of the areola making this very uncomfortable. Also this is not a 22mm flange! Some pump companies offer only to a size 21 flange. Which for some people is just not functional. So I love their range of sizes. Good fit too.

These work well and fit perfectly with my Medela pump in style. However, they have this weird groove on the inside that makes them a pain to clean and the only thing that fits in the groove is the tiny cleaning too they give you. I wish they were just tapered like the other ones to make them easier to clean.

I really wanted to like these, I enjoyed the long tunnel and they were comfortable for the first 2 pumps of the day but by pump 3 of the day the plastic cup hurt my boob and almost made a cut.

These are definitely not comparable to Medela brand. The first isn’t the same, but that isn’t a huge deal. What’s an issue is that these allow for the milk to go back up into the tubes. Every time I pump with these I end up with milk in the tubes of the pump and have to disassemble and sanitize everything. It never happens with authentic Medela connectors.

I have a Medela pump in style with max flow and pump exclusively. For the past two months I have been trying all sorts of flanges to see what fits me. I at last had a sizing consultation with legendairy and they suggested 15mm. It’s frustrating that Medela doesn’t make 19mm flange sizes, so this was my only option. So I’m happy to see that some company makes this size! However, the shape and material of the flanges makes it hard for me to do compressions while I pump. The size is more comfortable for me, but I feel like I get more output with the Medela flange that’s too big for me.

I was using the wrong size for a few months now. Someone brought up i might need a smaller flange size and they were absolutely right. I’ve had for about a week and am producing waaaaaaaaaay more milk. Before I would breast feed and if i pumped id make no more than a half ounce (after feeding) in place of a feeding I’d pump about 4 ounces total. Now i can feed the baby and still pump! My freezer stash is finally growing !
