I have a Medela pump in style with max flow and pump exclusively. For the past two months I have been trying all sorts of flanges to see what fits me. I at last had a sizing consultation with legendairy and they suggested 15mm. So after having tried: Medela's 24mm, 21mm (with and without the silicone for extra comfort), maymom's 19mm and 17mm, it looks like 15mm is the right spot! I couldn't believe how quickly it emptied my breasts, the milk was just flowing!As a side note, I tried the maymom silicone inserts first hoping that they could double between the hard flange of Medela and my momcozy but I didn't have any luck with the suction. Go for the hard plastic flanges in your regular size instead, what a difference!
