had to sew on the other end of the zipper to keep the zipper from coming loose - problem solved but not what i needed to do. The inner pocket is fine, can be deeper and the wallet really needs to be about 3 inches deeper, when you put things in the pockets, it doesn't leave much space in the wallet. The outer pockets aren't deep - just about fits in my phone - could be deeper and with all the pockets inside and the rest of the stuff in the purse it presses on the outer pocket which makes it difficult to put things in pockets on this OS at times
