Attractive retainer case is only 3 1/4" wide and 2" deep but fits comfortably in both sets of retainers. Using the cleaning solution is much easier because I can grab the filter by the handle and rinse everything under the tap without dipping my fingers in the cleaning solution. A mesh filter then prevents the retainers from dripping after drying. The lid has a removable mirror insert held in place by two small magnets as shown in my photo. If the magnets in the lid and the magnets in the mirror part are not aligned, the mirror will fall off! Found this out the hard way. The sealed case is waterproof, making it perfect for on the go. Packing still wet fixatives in my handbag is not a problem in this case. Of course I open it again as soon as possible so that everything is completely dry. Attractive case true to size.
