Hello, this is a great raincoat. I didn't care! Feels very much like fabric. i love color I really like the pouch it comes with, keeps it in my purse. I like everything about it except the size - it's just that the hair on the hips is too small. The sizing was a little unusual for women's clothing, the hips were too small, but the shoulders were too broad and the arms too long. The beauty of sleeves is that you can pull the sleeves up over your arm and keep your arm and phone dry if you want. I LOVE pink, there is no way I would let my husband do it. All in all I gave 5 stars but be aware that if you have hips or butt you will need to order a size up.
